Building a Better Morning

Many of us have experimented with morning routines. We read about the habits of successful people, watch videos showcasing perfectly optimized mornings, and try to adopt routines that promise greater productivity, health, or peace of mind. Yet these efforts often fail because they are rarely designed around the realities of our own lives.

In this session, we’ll explore the morning routine as both a practical tool and a personal ritual. We’ll examine how our mornings shape the rest of the day and draw on tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to identify the activities that bring us a sense of meaning, mastery, and enjoyment. Participants will have the opportunity to reflect on their current habits and begin designing a morning routine that is both realistic and supportive of their broader goals.

Following a short presentation on the topic, we’ll move into group activities and discussions. If you're interested in building a morning routine that actually works for you, we'd love to have you join us.
