1:00 PM–3:00 PMTech Policy Lecture x Debate Workshop Lecture by Matt Hawes of ex/ante exploring the capacity for technology to either enable mass surveillance or promote individual agency and privacy. Followed by a workshop designed to elevate the rigor and integrity of debates through Tusk & Quill’s ‘license to argue’ method.
